Vitamins I know that taking vitamins is important. For females, is there a difference between a multi-vitamin and a pre-natal vitamin? Is there any benefit if I swich from a multi-vitamin to a pre-natal vitamin even though I'm not pregnant?Prenatal vitamins have more folic acid and iron, which are necessary vitamins when you're pregnant.
