She’s lost the weight, but how can she get back in shape with little extra time?

Q: I have lost all my weight afte r having my last baby, but I need to tone my abs and bottom. What are the best ways to do this for the least amount of time? I am very busy with both of my kids but still want to find the time to work out. ~ MYH Member
