Get Your Skin Ready for Fall

3 STEPS
Hydration – My favorite way to treat dehydrated skin is by using Hydrating Gel. Hydrating gel infuses moisture while keeping the skin soft and supple. Skin conditions should not only be treated externally, but internally as well. To do this, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Next time you choose coffee instead of water, think about your skin.
Exfoliate – People think the harder they scrub, the better their skin will be. This is not true. If you do not use a good product, your other facial products will not work as well. Dead skin acts as a brick wall and the only way your moisturizer will properly penetrate your skin is if you remove that obstacle. Try to avoid scrubs with seeds, pits and apricot.
Moisturizer – During the fall and winter months, I encourage my clients to switch to milk cleansers and emollient rich moisturizers. These two products will help treat and protect your skin and also provides anti-aging properties.
