I've been involved in a number of health activities (yoga, marathon training, cycling, weigh training) but since I was introduced to Crossfit in 2005 I haven't needed anything else to improve my physical abilities.
Interests Any board sport, and outdoorsy kind of activities. Also I am competing in the Crossfit Games this coming July.
