Ingredients
3.00 Tbsp Vinegar,cider 2.00 Tbsp Vinegar,distilled 2.00 Tbsp Mustard Grns,ckd,bld,drnd,wo/salt 4.00 1 Tablespoon Oil,olive,salad Or Cooking 1.00 Tbsp Sesame Butter,tahini,from Rstd&tstd Krnls (most Common Type)
Instructions
Mustard Cream Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons umeboshi (plum) vinegar
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
Keep it a container in your refrigerator.
Try salad greens like raddichio, arugula, watercress or endive to mix things up with the romaine or red leaf lettuce you usually eat.
Add inventive ingredients like citrus, pine nuts, shredded beets, walnuts, pear slices, roasted red peppers, bean sprouts, cilantro, berries…or whatever else comes to mind.
